HiRAO INC is a new concept and press office specializing in public relations, fashion branding and incubation, coordination, event production, visual merchandising and art direction, not only for fashion but entire “lifestyle” founded in 2006 by Kayoko Hirao. Our aim is to raise the value of the"brand", applying more value to the existing value, with concentrated creative control and development of innovative promotional plans.
